Trying to get back on the wagon.

Today's workout:
Kettlebell Cafe Level 1 Card - Torturous 200
20 lb kettlebell
No rest between sets
Time without warm-up 18:47.50

I will re-time myself after I complete all the level 1 cards to measure any improvement.

I have been doing sets of push-ups, sit-ups, calf raises and stretching before bed a few times per week. I started with sets of 1 and then increase by 1 every week. This week I am at 25 reps. Tomorrow being sunday, I will increase to 26. I also do my left leg rehab then.
