I switiched the off days from Sat to Fri.
The workouts were getting too easy with the 20 lb kettlebell so I moved up to the 30 lb bell. It was a big jump. I think Ill be sticking with the 30 lb bell for a while, but we will see how the strength increases.
The plan is to work out Monday and Tuesday and take Wednesday off before my winter league game which is Thursday.
Before bed sets are up to 28 reps.
