Rain Outs Suck

Here are a few days worth of updates.

Friday 2/15: 
Kettlebell Cafe Level 1 Card - Monkey See
20 lb bell
Minimal rest

Saturday 2/16:
1.5 hour bike ride

Sunday 2/17:
2.5 hours of ultimate

Monday 2/18:
Off day

Tuesday 2/19: 
Kettlebell Cafe Level 1 Card - Ladder Down
20 lb bell
Minimal rest

I was supposed to play ultimate today, but rain got in the way. I will do a card wednesday, thursday, and friday. Saturday will be my next off day. I will repost then and see how things are going. 

And for the record, Get ups are my nemesis, but I will concur them. 

27 reps before bed this week.
