Welcome to my blog. I had a request from someone to put up what I do for fitness. I have been learning about working out on my own for years. Am I an expert? No, I am an amateur and by no means have all the answers or information. However, I like what I do and I work hard. I'm just rolling with what I know and may post some info from other people as well. This is just a resource for people who want to get ideas, see what I am doing or are just plain curious.

BUSY
Sorry for the lack of posts. I got a job teaching physics. If anyone is still out there reading this. I am going to post a bunch of old workouts that my roommate and I used to do. They are more traditional, but some of the later ones are brutal. Have fun.
On a separate note, I've been keeping up with the pushup situp squat routine. Added in Supermans for the number of seconds Ive been doing on reps. In addition, ive been keeping up with the beach ultimate thing. Its a lot of fun and all told I've lost 10 lbs since I got to LA, so I'm down to 240.
